2019 Cooper Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

2017 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon- 100% new French oak that is cooperaged in Sansaud and Taransaud from the Cognac region of France.  These barrels showcase our style of wine the best any barrel has to date.  The Old Block Cabernet Sauvignon has continued to elevate each year since the beginning for us in 2010 on the estate.  The elegance of this block creates a unique wine not only for Cooper standards but for Red Mountain in general.  More structure, more balance, and more YUM…. To say the least!
